Where no two days are the same.Your roleAs an Electronics Project Manager specialising in semiconductors, you will play a key role in: Leading end-to-end project delivery for semiconductor and electronics development programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetCoordinating cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and test engineers to drive project milestones and deliverablesActing as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure continuity and quality of deliveryContributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the electronics and semiconductor practiceYour profileWe are looking for a candidate who brings: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electronics or semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projectsA solid technical background in electronics engineering, with hands-on knowledge of semiconductor technologies, components, or related development processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior client representativesProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2), with the ability to adapt approaches to suit project needsA collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
