The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with the ability to translate business needs into robust, high‑quality implementations that align with industry’s best practices. YOUR ROLE Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Implementation and maintenance of triggers, Apex classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.Development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for customized interfaces.Building and maintaining robust integration between Salesforce and external system using REST/SOAP APIs.Optimizing Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries for high performance.Implement and maintain Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Collaborating with internal teams (Admins, Business Analysts, Project Managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize system performance, data quality, and user experience within the Salesforce platform.Managing the deployment process (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD tools).Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and Salesforce deployment requirements. ### YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s Degree Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.Min 3 years’ experience in Salesforce development, with advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service CloudSolid experience in APEX, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.Hands-on experience of Salesforce integration with other external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)Experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder) and a good understanding of how to balance configuration versus codeSolid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governor limits, security model. ### Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologiesTechnical Skills Salesforce (Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud), Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, Git and CI/CD tools WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:Flexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
