You will play a key role in ensuring seamless digital experiences by testing core retail and restaurant transactions, validating integrations, and supporting high-quality releases through structured testing and defect management practices.This role requires strong experience in mobile and digital application testing, transaction validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and support teams to ensure applications meet functional, operational, and compliance requirements.Responsibilities & ScopeDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile digital platforms.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across iOS and Android applications.Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty and rewards platforms, and back-office applications.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in functional testing of mobile and digital applications.Strong experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications.Solid understanding of retail and restaurant transaction workflows.Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and system testing.Hands-on experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.Experience using Xcode, Logcat, ADB, StackTrace, and related troubleshooting tools.Experience using HTTP proxy and network monitoring tools such as

Charles Proxy and Fiddler.Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques for backend testing.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile software development environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience validating payment systems and omnichannel customer journeys.Exposure to test automation frameworks and automation-driven testing practices.Experience testing loyalty and rewards platforms.Experience validating integrations between mobile applications and enterprise back-office systems.Knowledge of API testing and integration validation.Experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or digital commerce applications.Primary
