As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.YOUR ROLEDesign, develop, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure product quality across the software development lifecycle.Create and execute UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automated tests using Playwright.Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.Define test scenarios, identify risks, and validate business requirements and critical user journeys.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness activities.Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous quality improvements.Promote QA best practices and contribute to a strong quality engineering culture.YOUR PROFILE5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and modern Quality Engineering practices.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and automated testing frameworks.Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or an equivalent languageExperience with UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.Knowledge of SaaS applications, web technologies, and REST APIs.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORK HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
