Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description職務概要Guidewire Cloud導入・構築プロジェクトにおいて、システム設計をリードいただくポジションです。 本ポジションでは、Guidewire Cloudプロジェクトの円滑な推進に責任を持ち、アーキテクチャ設計からシステム設計、さらにはITプログラムチームの技術的なリードまで幅広く担っていただきます。大規模なクラウド変革プロジェクトの中核メンバーとして、プロジェクトの成功に直接貢献できるやりがいのある役割です。 ### 業務内容Guidewire Cloudプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督するクラウドベースのアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計を推進するシステム上の課題解決およびリスク管理を行うプロジェクトチームメンバーに対し、技術的・分析的なサポートを提供する応募条件・資格ベンダー側の立場で、日本国内顧客向けプロジェクトに参画した経験（5年以上）ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験システムアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計に関する高い専門知識顧客課題の解決に向けて、現地のデリバリーチームと連携しながら業務を遂行できる能力優れたコミュニケーション能力日本語ネイティブレベル歓迎要件保険業界または金融サービス業界での業務経験PMP資格を保有し、Agile／Leanプロジェクトの経験がある方Guidewire Cloudに関する実務経験AWSまたはAzureを活用したシステム構築・統合経験（3年以上）言語要件日本語 ネイティブレベル（必須）英語：尚可（必須ではありません）Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
