### Your Role

Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with service and maintenance processes.Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability with timely resolution of tickets and incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI) for seamless integration and continuous process improvements.Your Profile:6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and PM modules with at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout.Strong understanding of service management, warranty, contracts, and maintenance execution processes.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams.SAP certification in CS/PM and experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
