General InformationRole (Picklist):Process Lead MRPBSv Role: BSv_P2DandSRM Planning Process LeadBSv Grade:B1 General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: End to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventoryRPM Norm determinationFront end the discussion with Factory Material plannersApply RPA in the existing deliverySupply collaborationDeliver all the business KPIs agreedProvide insights through various management reportsAnalyze the reason for plan failures and work with IT and internal team to fix the issuesWork with transition and transformation teams to deliver best practices to the clientQualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): OptionalBachelors

Degree in Engineering (IIT,IT-BHU, REC, DCE,BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)Experience Requirements:2+ yearsPersonal Characteristics: Hard Working and ConfidentHigh on IntegrityWillingness to “do what it takes”Passionate about creating value and impact for the clientA team oriented and collaborative approachAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organizationSkill and
