- Drive end-to-end consulting and digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network & Aftersales.Own Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.Drive Business Growth
- Support RFPs, proposals, client presentations, account growth, and new business opportunities.Build Consulting Practice & Thought Leadership
- Develop industry insights, frameworks, thought leadership assets, and mentor junior team members.Your Profile12-18 years of Consulting Experience with strong exposure to the Automotive industry and transformation programs.Domain Expertise in areas such as Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions.Strong Functional & Digital Knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives.Consulting & Leadership Skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, business development, and exposure to AI-driven transformation opportunities.What you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
