Your roleAs an Order Management Specialist, you will manage customer orders throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order execution, timely deliveries, and high service quality. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating order fulfillment and supporting a positive customer experience.Your tasksManage customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing.Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order-related inquiries.Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Monitor order status, delivery schedules, back orders, and customer requirements.Prepare and maintain commercial and export documentation.Resolve operational issues and support a positive customer experience.Your profile2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash operations.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Working knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems and MS Office applications.Understanding of commercial processes, international trade, and customer service operations.Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Fluency in Spanish and English and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ### What You'll love about working hereWell-being culture medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
