## Job description

English follows Japanese募集背景本案件は、日本を代表する大手保険会社におけるデータプラットフォームおよびインフラ運用サービスの変革を支援する戦略的重要プロジェクトです。キャップジェミニでは、データプラットフォームの運用管理、サービスデリバリー、ステークホルダーとの調整、ならびに日本国内のビジネス部門とグローバルチームの橋渡し役を担うバイリンガル組織を新たに構築しています。クライアントのデータ基盤刷新・高度化に伴い、Delivery Lead、Service Manager、Business Analyst、Technical Specialistなど複数のポジションにおいて、日英バイリンガル人材を積極採用しています。主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）データプラットフォームエンジニアリングおよびアナリティクスアプリケーション領域におけるポートフォリオ全体のエンドツーエンドのデリバリー責任を担う。

アジャイル、ウォーターフォール、ハイブリッドなど複数の開発手法で運営される複数のデリバリーチームを統括する。デリバリー計画、プロジェクトスケジュール、リソース配分、収益性・財務管理、リスクおよび依存関係の管理を行う。エグゼクティブ向けガバナンス会議、ステアリングコミッティ、デリバリーレビュー会議の立ち上げおよび運営をリードする。大規模な移行（Transition）、変革（Transformation）、ベンダー統合プロジェクトを推進する。経営層向けの日英両言語によるレポーティング、プレゼンテーション、およびステークホルダーコミュニケーションを実施する。重大なエスカレーション案件に対応し、ステークホルダーの懸念事項を先回りして解決する。データエンジニアリング、ETL、データ統合、レポーティング、アナリティクス、テスト、およびアプリケーション開発チームを統括する。モダナイゼーション施策、クラウド移行プログラム、およびエンタープライズデータプラットフォーム変革戦略を推進する。

組織のガバナンス、セキュリティ、品質、および各種規制要件への準拠を確保する。

### 必須要件（Must-Have Requirements）データ＆アナリティクス、データエンジニアリング、またはアプリケーション開発・保守（ADM

Application Development & Maintenance）に関する大規模プログラムをリードした経験12～16年以上。日本の顧客との折衝経験を有し、日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上でコミュニケーションが可能であること。データエンジニアリング、データプラットフォーム、アプリケーション開発、およびマネージドサービスのデリバリーに関する豊富な知識・実績を有すること。大規模ADMポートフォリオおよび複雑なテクノロジープログラムのマネジメント経験10年以上。

As the client continues to modernize its data landscape, we are hiring several bilingual professionals across leadership, service management, business analysis, and technical domains.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of the Data Platform Engineering and Analytics application portfolio.Lead multiple delivery teams operating across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.Manage delivery commitments, project timelines, resource allocation, financial performance, risks, and dependencies.Establish and lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and delivery review meetings.Drive large-scale transition, transformation, and vendor consolidation initiatives.Provide executive-level bilingual reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.Manage critical escalations and proactively address stakeholder concerns.Oversee

RequirementsExperience with Azure Data Platform technologies including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server.Experience leading cloud migration, data modernization, and digital transformation programs.Knowledge of AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Azure, or Data & Analytics certifications.Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems within large enterprises.
