[Apply on Capgemini’s careers site →](https://www.capgemini.com/jobs/427810-en_GB+sap_btp) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Capgemini](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/capgemini/) / Gen AI Transformation Leader (MS) ## Job description ### Job DescriptionThe Opportunity - Define, lead, and execute the transformation vision in alignment with the customer’s business objectives and strategyEstablish and oversee the Transformation Office to support governance, delivery, and ongoing transformation initiativesAct as the primary point of contact between the customer and the transformation team, ensuring transparency and alignmentOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives across planning, execution, monitoring, and closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and external partnersCommunicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders on a regular basisStay current on emerging technologies and advise on their relevance to the customer’s transformation agendaLead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for transformation programsOwn and define enterprise-grade Azure and GenAI reference architectures, including cloud, data, AI, and agentic patternsLead the design of GenAI solutions, including LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflowsAct as the final architectural authority for complex, large-scale transformation and GenAI-led engagementsEnsure security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles are embedded by designLead large-deal solutioning and pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops and executive-level presentationsShape deal strategy, solution differentiation, value articulation, and pricing constructs in partnership with sales leadershipOwn the technical win strategy for strategic pursuits and transformation-led dealsServe as a trusted advisor in C-level deal conversations, linking technology decisions to business outcomesAct as a senior interface with Microsoft Azure, AI, and industry GTM teams for joint pursuits and co-sell motionsLeverage Microsoft programs, accelerators, and funding mechanisms to drive customer and commercial successRepresent the firm in Microsoft forums, customer briefings, and thought-leadership platformsLead and contribute to large, complex proposals and RFP responses, shaping solution narratives, architecture, and value propositions for strategic pursuitsPrimary SkillsThe candidate will have - 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, business consulting, and technology strategy, with a strong delivery track record, demonstrated P&L contribution, and deep expertise driving Microsoft technology-stack-based transformations. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).
