Key tasks for this role include: Leading enterprise architecture projectsWork with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectivesSupport the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformationConduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvementsAssist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategiesLead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectivesStay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future-proof insightsFollow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures.
