RoleWe are looking for an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro / Workforce Management (WFM) modules.Lead and support UKG Pro / UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and rolloutsGather business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsDesign, configure, and test UKG business processesPerform data migration, validation, and reconciliationManage integrations between UKG and third‑party systems (ERP, Benefits, Payroll vendors)Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionPrepare functional/technical documentation and user guidesYour

Profile4+ years of hands‑on experience in UKG / Kronos implementationsStrong knowledge of UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM)Experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence modulesGood understanding of HR and payroll business processesExperience with UKG configurations, rules, and workflowsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsExperience working in implementation and support projects
