YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a skilled and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates (Including AI Agents), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.YOUR TASKDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI AgentsCollaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.YOUR PROFILEMust have:~8-10 years of experience in HR processes.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow - HRSD preffered (ideally 2-3+ years). ### Good understanding of HR operations employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management.Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Basic understanding of Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. ### Nice to have Experience with Now Assist and/or AI Agents.ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification. ### WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
