Job SummaryThe Marketing Project Coordinator, Events is responsible for coordinating the execution and delivery of marketing events by managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, documentation, and project activities. This role serves as the operational backbone of event delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, teams stay aligned, and event objectives are achieved efficiently. ### Key responsibilities and QualificationsKey responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing events from initiation through closure.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.Monitor risks, dependencies, and project issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.Support post-event activities, documentation, lessons learned, and process improvement initiatives. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, PMO, or event delivery environments.Experience working with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and event delivery processes.Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in medium to large agencies, shared services organizations, global marketing operations, or in-house creative and marketing service teams.Experience supporting creative and marketing services delivery for corporate stakeholders in global or complex organizational environments.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
