Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLETroubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents.Configure and support LAN, WAN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewall and MPLS environments.Monitor network performance and implement changes, upgrades and workarounds when required.Test new versions and releases before production deployment.Support the implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise network services.Work closely with NOC teams, infrastructure specialists, field technicians and technology vendors.YOUR PROFILEHigher education in

Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field is strongly preferred.Previous experience in network operations, engineering or technical support.Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP addressing, routing and switching.Knowledge of protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS and STP.Experience troubleshooting network incidents and identifying root causes.Familiarity with network monitoring, equipment upgrades and configuration changes.Exposure to firewalls, corporate
