Your roleYou will be part of a team responsible for customer communication, ticket handling, status updates, and infrastructure monitoring for clients in the public and transportation sectors. Your role will focus on receiving and coordinating customer requests, keeping clients informed about incidents and events affecting their infrastructure, and performing daily administrative and operational tasks in cloud environments such as and business-critical platforms including. You will work closely with engineers and consultants, supporting the maintenance of highly available systems that are essential to ensuring operational continuity. Your tasksCollaborate with engineers to maintain and support customer infrastructure, including cloud-based services and environments.Perform day-to-day operational and maintenance activities (RUN) to ensure service availability and stability.Communicate with customers through a ticketing system, following ITIL best practices for incident and service request management.Manage task priorities and coordinate assigned activities in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).Monitor customer infrastructure using dedicated monitoring tools, analyze alerts, and escalate issues when required.Work in cloud environments, and in text-based systems through command-line interfaces (CLI).Cooperate closely with other team members to troubleshoot incidents, resolve operational issues, and ensure service continuity.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing monitoring, operational processes, automation, and overall efficiency.Your profileYou have basic knowledge of cloud services such as STACKIT, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms and are willing to develop your skills in cloud administration.You have experience working with monitoring tools and understand best practices for customer communication and collaboration.You have knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures, particularly incident, problem, and change management.You demonstrate strong organizational and task management skills.You have a proactive mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.You have worked with various operating systems and are comfortable using Linux/Unix command-line environments.Experience with highly available enterprise platforms is considered an advantage.Fluent knowledge of German language (B2+ level or higher). ### What You'll love about working herePractical benefits private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
