YOUR ROLEAs an AI Platform Architect, you will contribute to the design, industrialization and evolution of client's Enterprise AI Platform, enabling the secure adoption of Generative AI and Machine Learning across the organization.Design and evolve the target AI Platform architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence;Define architectural standards, reusable patterns and best practices for AI platform capabilities and integration;Lead the implementation of key platform components, including model hosting, AI gateways, observability, governance and guardrails;Collaborate with infrastructure, security and engineering teams to accelerate platform delivery and adoption;Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical bottlenecks and integration challenges;Support the AI Platform roadmap and operating model in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEProven experience as an AI Architect, Cloud Architect or Platform Architect in enterprise environment;Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies;Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, Generative AI services and cloud-native architecture principles;Experience defining secure, scalable and governed AI solutions, including security, observability and cost optimization practices;Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English, French is a plus;Experience in financial services and AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.) is a plus.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth;Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance;Harness the strength of diverse teams, fostering innovation and inclusive collaboration;We offer additional benefits such as 5 weeks of vacation, Employee referral bonus, Company shares program and Annual contribution to a fitness subscription.Capgemini Switzerland is an equal opportunity employer.
