Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world The Data Engineer is responsible for managing the lifecycle of a data product, from design & build to deployment & maintenance. ### RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the implementation of programs and projects requiring IT expertise within the designated area of specializationDevelop comprehensive functional requirement documents (CRD) to support the project implementation lifecycleFacilitate the communication and alignment of technical requirements with internal (RO) and external (EN) teams, following a standardized submission processReview and validate technical solutions proposed by internal and external partners through Functional Specification Documents (FSD), ensuring optimal integration across applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, organizational structures, and IT systemsProvide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including activities such as drafting and documenting technical test cases and results using standardized tools, executing sanity testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as offering support during UAT cycles and managing UAT sign-off.Actively support the Change Management process, encompassing communication strategies, organizational transformation, production deployment, and Hypercare activitiesDeliver Level 2 functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting for systems under operational responsibilityIdentify and recommend process improvements and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and IT teamsLead technical training sessions for end users and key stakeholders from various departments, and help develop training materials and procedural documentation for implemented functionalitiesJob Description - Grade SpecificREQUIREMENTSmin 3 years experience in system analysisExperience in IT project delivery, functional analysis, or system implementationStrong understanding of end to end application and system integrationHands on experience with testing and UAT processesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholdersProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementBachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields;English and Romanian- advanced levelBONUS SKILLSPrevious experience in store related business processes & IT systemsWhy you’ll love WORKING HEREFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
