Controllership (Record to Report) space, shaping and delivering impactful change for leading organizations.By combining your process expertise, technology knowledge, and consulting skills, you will guide clients through complex transformation journeys—from strategy and solution design to implementation.You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities, shaping client demand, and helping convert transformation needs into concrete engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.We are specifically looking for candidates with consulting experience, including exposure to pre-sales, RFP processes, and solution development.Your tasksLead finance process and technology transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of outcomesDesign and deliver initiatives including target operating models, process improvements, automation, and ERP implementationsProvide expert recommendations to enhance processes and support client transformation journeysCollaborate with senior client stakeholders to drive the transformation agenda and deliverablesSupport and guide project teams and

Transformation Managers throughout delivery phasesIdentify and promote technology-driven improvements, including RPA and digital solutionsContribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping client needs, and actively supporting the sale of transformation projectsBuild and apply knowledge of Capgemini methods and assets (e.g., DGEM, S/4, ESOAR)Your profileYou bring extensive experience (16+ years) in finance transformation with strong end-to-end knowledge of

Controllership / R2R processeYou have a track record of leading complex transformation programs with full accountability for scope, budget, timelines, and teamsYou have proven experience not only in delivering transformation programs, but also in selling transformation initiatives and solutions to clients — including identifying opportunities, shaping client needs, and converting them into consulting or implementation engagementsYou are comfortable contributing to business development activities such as RFP/RFI processes, building value propositions, and engaging senior stakeholders to position and win transformation workYou can clearly articulate the business value of proposed solutions, building compelling transformation narratives that drive client decisions and buy-inYou confidently engage senior stakeholders, drive workshops, and present compelling transformation narrativesYou combine strong consulting capabilities (analysis, storytelling, facilitation) with a focus on delivering business outcomesYou understand GBS/SSC/BPO models and can design and implement solutions across industriesYou have experience with ERP systems (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or
