本ポジションでは、単なるプロジェクトリードに留まらず、サービス開発や提案活動、チームビルディングまで含めた事業立ち上げフェーズを牽引していただくことを期待しています。

### 主な業務内容

ユーティリティ業界向け財務会計・経営管理領域におけるコンサルティングサービスの企画・開発クライアントCXO層との関係構築および提案活動のリード財務会計改革、業務改革、システム導入プロジェクトの構想策定から実行支援SAPを中心とした会計システム導入・刷新プロジェクトの推進プロジェクト全体の品質・収益・リスクマネジメント組織拡大に向けた採用・育成・ナレッジ構築国内外の専門チームと連携したプロジェクト推進応募要件必須（MUST）以下のいずれかの経験を有する方 コンサルティングファーム経験者業務改革またはシステム導入プロジェクト経験3年以上Manager相当以上のポジションにおいてプロジェクトまたはチームリード経験クライアントとの折衝・提案経験 事業会社出身者財務会計、経営企画、経理領域での業務経験会計システム導入または業務改革PJ経験コンサルティング業務への強い志向歓迎スキル・経験会計システムの導入プロジェクト経験のある方公認会計士、USCPA、日商簿記1級などの資格をお持ちの方電気事業会計の知識がある方ＳＡＰ（ＦＩ、CO）等の導入経験者英語によるコミュニケーション能力グローバル案件参画経験志向性／人物像好奇心が尽きることなく、常に新しいこと（ビジネス・IT）に目を向けている曖昧さを無限のチャンスと捉え、独創的なアイデアを考えることが好きコミットメント意識が高く、逆境下においても、明るく前向きに最後までやり抜くことが出来る論理的思考、仮説検証思考に基づき、情報整理、活用、問題解決に向けた提案が出来る柔軟性があり、状況や相手の思いに応じた行動・コミュニケーションが出来る方強いリーダーシップを発揮し、チームビルディングが出来る方多様な文化のチームに属することに魅力を感じる方大規模（世界で42万人）なグローバルファームでありながら、日本ではまだベンチャーのような自由度の高い組織、環境に面白みを感じられる方Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
