Your roleAs an HR Process Specialist with German, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. You’ll maintain ATS data, partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, and advise on selection processes. The role involves building strong business relationships and supporting process improvements. Success requires excellent German and English, HR experience, strong communication, and great organizational skills.
