Job DescriptionThis role supports financial performance within U.S. financial services by driving automation, process improvements, and strong financial controls. It partners closely with business teams to provide accurate financial insights (actuals, forecasts, budgets) and supports strategic decision-making on administrative expenses.

Job Description - Grade SpecificKey aspects include: Financial planning, analysis, and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)Cross-functional and multi-regional collaborationAccounting operations (accruals, reclassifications, intercompany, CAPEX)Internal controls and compliance (DOA)Continuous improvement and automation initiativesThe role requires strong financial expertise, communication, leadership, and analytical thinking, along with experience in SAP, Excel, and process optimization.Advanced English
