Your roleAs a Senior HR Data & People Engineer, you will design and build scalable HR data products and pipelines that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decisions. You will act as a bridge between HR, Analytics, and Technology to ensure high-quality, reliable, and business-ready data.Your tasksBuild and maintain HR data products (e.g. employee datasets, workforce metrics)Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrationsTranslate business requirements into technical data solutionsEnable advanced analytics and self-service reportingImprove data quality, automation, and real-time availabilityImplement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standardsCollaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teamsDrive continuous improvement of data architecture and toolsYOUR PROFILE:4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product developmentStrong skills in Python, SQL, Spark or similarExperience with data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake)Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processesFamiliarity with data governance and privacy standardsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionallyNice to have: Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar toolsWhat You'll love about working hereWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
