## Job description

Job DescriptionProfesional con experiencia en soporte funcional y/o técnico de plataformas SAP, encargado de garantizar la correcta operación de los diferentes módulos del sistema, atendiendo requerimientos, incidentes y consultas de los usuarios finales. Cuenta con conocimientos en análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas, gestión de accesos, parametrización básica, ejecución de pruebas y acompañamiento en implementaciones o mejoras continuas.Posee habilidades para brindar atención a usuarios, documentar incidencias, realizar seguimiento a tickets bajo acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y coordinar con equipos funcionales, técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la continuidad operativa.

Job Description - Grade SpecificOne should learn and develop the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in applications consulting, primarily learning an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution. Flexibility and versatility should be demonstrated in meeting objectives, and one should be able to manage workload and update management on task progress.

### Certification

One must be working toward or have achieved certification on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology.‹
