Your RoleLead end-to-end US & Canada payroll operations, governance, and client engagement activities while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and superior employee experience.

Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related issues, drive stakeholder satisfaction, and support continuous improvement initiatives across payroll service delivery.Your Profile15+ years of experience in US Payroll Operations.Mandatory experience in Staffing Industry, Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, or Interim Workforce Management environments.Strong expertise in US & Canada Payroll Operations Leadership & Compliance.Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Extensive experience with ADP or equivalent payroll systems.Strong understanding of payroll governance, controls, compliance, and audit requirements.Experience managing payroll escalations and complex payroll issues.Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills.Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.Advanced
