You will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that Salesforce platforms and processes support long-term business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. In this role you will play a key role in: Lead architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and the Salesforce Platform. Establish architecture governance, design principles, and best practices to ensure sustainable, secure, and high-quality implementations.Advise clients on solution architecture, integrations, data strategy, platform optimization, and long-term roadmap planning.Drive adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and intelligent automation capabilities. Partner with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams on strategic transformation programs. Guide architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts, including technical debt reduction and data governance. Your profile Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.Thorough understanding of API-led architecture, integration patterns, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and enterprise systems integration. Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, customer data platforms, and other enterprise applications. Experience with Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, governance, and platform best practices.Experience defining architecture standards, design principles, and operating models.Experience working within large-scale transformation programs and agile delivery environments.Experience with Agentforce, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or other enterprise transformation programs. Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent Salesforce certifications.
