Long DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Salesforce Consultant at Capgemini is responsible for leading business discussions, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to maximize business value from the Salesforce platform while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.As part of

Capgemini’s global delivery model, the consultant will play a key role in shaping customer-centric solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and industries.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce productsConfigure

Salesforce features including: Workflows and Flow BuilderPage layouts and Lightning componentsValidation rulesReports and dashboardsLead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, system demos, and end-user trainingCollaborate closely with Salesforce developers to convert functional designs into detailed technical specificationsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and change management activitiesEnsure Salesforce implementations adhere to platform best practices, security standards, and governance modelsSupport integration activities with third-party systems and assist with data migration effortsProvide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization recommendationsContribute to solution documentation and knowledge transfer activitiesRequired

Skills & QualificationsStrong experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business AnalystHands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative toolsSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation toolsExperience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
