Job DescriptionManage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
