YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work), where you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients. Your main responsabilities you will: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.Develop and maintain key project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to support the design, testing, and implementation of solutions.Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and support the delivery of key milestones.Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.Knowledge of Electronic Invoicing processes and related compliance requirements.Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and defect management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Ability to analyze, validate, and interpret data to support decision-making.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.English level B2 minimum.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
