[Apply on Capgemini’s careers site →](https://www.capgemini.com/jobs/490392-en_US+sap_btp) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Capgemini](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/capgemini/) / MarTech AI Solution Architect ## Job description About the RoleWe are seeking a MarTech AI Solution Architect to help design and deliver next-generation AI-enabled marketing and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients across Financial Services and other regulated industries.This role sits at the intersection of Marketing Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Architecture, helping organizations modernize customer engagement through AI-driven workflows, campaign orchestration, customer decisioning, audience intelligence, and personalization at scale.The ideal candidate combines deep MarTech expertise with a practical understanding of GenAI, AI agents, automation, and customer engagement platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine AI-enabled MarTech architecture patterns across customer engagement, campaign orchestration, personalization, and marketing operations.Design modern marketing workflows leveraging AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and decisioning capabilities.Identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization across campaign planning, segmentation, audience activation, content operations, and analytics. ### Develop architecture blueprints spanning Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)Campaign management systemsPersonalization platformsDecisioning enginesAI services and workflow automation platformsAssess existing MarTech ecosystems and define modernization strategies and roadmaps.Lead architecture for use cases involving:AI-assisted campaign planningAudience intelligenceReal-time personalizationGuided recommendationsMarketing workflow automationGEO / AI-driven search optimizationMarketing measurement and optimizationCollaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams on APIs, integrations, orchestration layers, and AI enablement.Support rapid prototyping, innovation initiatives, and proof-of-concept development using modern AI platforms.Develop scalable solutions that balance business outcomes, governance, operational efficiency, and long-term maintainability.Stay current on evolving AI-native software trends and emerging MarTech operating models.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in MarTech, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Technology Architecture.Strong understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems and customer engagement platforms. ### Experience in one or more of the following Campaign OrchestrationCustomer DecisioningMarketing AutomationCustomer Data Platforms (CDP)Personalization PlatformsMarketing Analytics & MeasurementContent Operations / DAM WorkflowsPractical understanding of: Generative AI (GenAI)Large Language Models (LLMs)AI AgentsCopilot ArchitecturesRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Workflow AutomationExperience designing API-driven enterprise integration solutions.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles.
