Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Specialist with 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience and strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS) to design, implement, and support end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes. You will work closely with business, commerce, and integration teams to ensure seamless order orchestration, fulfillment, and post‑order management across multiple systems and channels.Your Profile - Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solutions to support complex order‑to‑cash business processes. - Manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. - Configure and maintain Order Objects, Orchestration Plans, Fulfillment Orders, and Salesforce Flows. - Implement order routing and orchestration rules to support multiple fulfillment scenarios. - Integrate Salesforce OMS with: Salesforce Commerce CloudERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Payment gatewaysShipping and logistics systems - Demonstrate strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, payments, billing, and refunds. - Implement and support integrations using REST APIs, ensuring reliable data flow across systems. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, commerce teams, and integration partners to translate business requirements into scalable OMS solutions. - Provide post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of OMS capabilities. ### Nice to have - Basic Apex development experience and exposure to complex, high‑volume OMS environments.What you'll love about working hereShape your career through flexible career paths and internal mobility across the Capgemini Group.Receive personalized career guidance and mentoring from experienced leaders.Access comprehensive wellness benefits, including health checks, telemedicine, insurance with top‑ups, elder care, partner coverage, and new‑parent support.Work on cutting‑edge Salesforce projects with global clients, contributing to solutions that address complex business, societal, and environmental challenges.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
