Your roleJoin our Finance Transformation team and help global clients improve and modernize their R2R processes. In this role, you will work on business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, and ERP-related projects, collaborating with experienced consultants and stakeholders to design smarter, more efficient finance operations.Your tasksSupport Finance Transformation projects focused on R2R processes and technology improvementsAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automationPrepare process documentation, business requirements, and solution proposalsParticipate in process assessments, benchmarking, and operating model design activitiesGather and analyze data to develop recommendations for clientsContribute to ERP and finance platform implementation projectsSupport workshops, meetings, training sessions, and change management activitiesCollaborate with clients and project teams to deliver business transformation initiativesYour profileAt least 3 years of experience in R2R processesSolid understanding of finance operations and process improvement principlesExperience creating process documentation, procedures, and process mapsKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar ERP solutionsStrong communication and presentation skills in EnglishProactive, self-driven approach and ability to work independentlyExperience working with clients, stakeholders, or project teamsContinuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and digital transformationWhat You'll love about working hereWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
