## Job description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador, delivering high-quality experience and support to our global clientele. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to optimizing the customer journey.

### Language Proficiency

Strong verbal and written Turkish and English communication skills, with a minimum requirement of C1-level proficiency in Turkish and B1 proficiency in English (or equivalent).

### Customer Centricity

Proven interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer inquiries and de-escalate complex concerns effectively.

### Analytical & Decision-Making Skills

Robust problem-solving capabilities, with the decision-making confidence needed to address and resolve operational issues efficiently.

### Precision & Organization

Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for accurate data entry, meticulous record-keeping, and effective task prioritization.

### Technical Aptitude

Proficient computer literacy and strong typing skills, including prior familiarity or comfort with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office productivity applications.

### Collaborative Mindset

A proven ability to thrive within a team environment, demonstrating a proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

### Experience

Prior experience in a customer service, contact center, or related customer-facing role is highly advantageous. Job Description - Grade SpecificPerforms analysis of processes, systems, data and business information and research, and builds up domain knowledge.
