This is a hands-on position for engineers who are highly motivated by original product design, improving your skills and working with multi-faceted design teams to achieve outcomes.Experience with product development workflows, such as waterfall, agile or other, to meet product goalsExperience in the design of electronics PCBAs and hardware (digital, analogy, high speed, RF, power, motor control etc)Experience in the full lifecycle of electronics development, such as concept architecture, implementation, planning and execution of compliance activities (e.g. EMC and electrical safety) and transfer to productionProficiency with Altium DesignerExperience in the Design for Test, Manufacture, Assembly etcProject & product risk assessment including de-risking process managementA focus on delivery of products to marketExperience integrating hardware and softwareCompliance with internal processesCollaborative mindset and ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary teamProduct focussed approach to engineering and developmentYour profileDegree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of educationExperience with detailed compliance activities associated with safety standards such as IEC 60601, IEC 62368, IEC 61010 etcExperience in a consulting environmentAbility to articulate and control how electronics development affects broader project constraints to clients and external stakeholdersIn depth knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in a range of electronics sub-disciplines (digital, analog, high speed, RF, power, motor control etc)Detailed experience in the integration of embedded firmware and software in hardware (such as STM32, nRF, iMX series of processors)Follow company standard documentation and procedures including ISO13485:2016 What you’ll love about working hereWe recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
