As a Project Controls Student, you will be a part of the Facilities Project Controls Team and will assist in the support of various facility major projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of planning & scheduling and project cost management. Reporting to the Manager of Project Controls, you will be working with project teams for both thermal and conventional facilities. ### Job location Calgary, Alberta – Head Office Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours per day (Monday – Friday) ### Term length 4 months Term start: May 2027 Safety sensitive position: No Key Accountabilities: Planning and scheduling Project cost tracking and forecasting Cost estimating Project data analysis and reporting Stakeholder communication What You Bring to The Role: Currently enrolled in a full time, post-secondary program focused in Construction Management or related Program Good understanding of Construction Management Principles Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good understanding of data analytics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills What We Offer: Competitive salary Paid time off during summer Fridays in July and August Students may be eligible for relocation assistance pursuant to Canadian Natural’s Student Relocation Policy (Students will be responsible for finding their own accommodations during the work term) Multiple volunteer opportunities within the community Opportunities to partake in initiatives such as the Intern Social Committee - Check out our COMPENSATION & BENEFITS overview to see what we have to offer!
