We are looking for a motivated Geology Student to join our fast-paced Abandonment team! You will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an active engineering and geology team responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of operations related to well abandonment activities. Join a company culture that fosters a fun-working environment, encourages working together, and doing it right! ### Job location Calgary, AB – Head Office Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours per day (Monday – Friday) ### Term length 8 months Term starts: January 2027 Safety sensitive position: Yes Key Accountabilities: Support an operational team through geological log and data analysis, geological interpretation, and well data analysis for optimization of projects, well records reviews, lookback reviews and ongoing operations and engineering support Acquire hands-on experience with several widely used industry software programs including WellView, Accumap and Tableau Gain exposure to all aspects of well operations including drilling, completions, well servicing and well abandonment What You Bring to The Role: Currently enrolled in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a geological degree program.
