This is a great opportunity to be a part of highly collaborative, agile team-based environment, solving problems to create meaningful change across the enterprise. The role applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to analyze data to support the design, implementation and evaluation of new segmentation strategies, monitor strategy performance, and recommend improvements based on results of the analysis. Please note, we have multiple positions available under this posting and you may be considered by more than one hiring team. Important information We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role. ### Recruitment timeline Applications review - Oct/ November; Interviews - November; Offers - November Please include your resume (no more than 2 pages), a cover letter (no more than 1 page), and your most recent unofficial transcript with your application. These should all be uploaded into the Resume section of the application as one pdf document. Both 4 and 8 month co-op opportunities are available. How you’ll succeed Data analysis and technical capabilities - Analyze data/situations fully and accurately to guide or reach productive decisions using Sas, Python, Tableau, VBA/advanced Macros, Alteryx, ADO (Azure), Power BI. ### Automation - Support the teams continuous improvement initiative with automation. Use your programming skills to enable business partners and innovate existing manual processes. Attention to detail - Use your skills to gather, clarify and apply information provided accurately and your critical thinking skills help you inform your decision making. Process design and management - Understand, monitor, update and/or enhance existing business or work processes. Encourage a critical, fresh look at key processes and focus on maximizing organizational performance. Who you are You're passionate about data.
