This position oversees both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house departments, partnering closely with team leaders to maintain service excellence, operational efficiency, financial performance, and brand standards. We’re seeking a hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic, people‑centered environment and enjoys elevating the guest experience through coaching, collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving. The ideal candidate is dedicated to fostering a positive culture, supporting staff development, and creating memorable stays through consistent operational excellence. ## Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and oversight of hotel operations, ensuring efficient performance while maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by addressing guest concerns, leading service recovery efforts, and driving initiatives that enhance satisfaction and service quality. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Support financial and administrative operations through budgeting, forecasting, payroll management, cost-control initiatives, KPI monitoring, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain property standards by overseeing maintenance activities, safety procedures, inspections, cleanliness, brand standards, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. ## Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality leadership. Prefer experience working in a casino hotel. Strong understanding of hotel departments, guest service standards, and operational workflows. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a positive work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced knowledge of and experience with hotel management systems. Prefer experience working with LMS. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and operational financials.
