## Job description

Responsible for compliance with approved procedures, as well as, dealing a game, training, supervising and monitoring the performance of dealers to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift.

## Responsibilities

Specifically supervise the operation of an assigned number of tables. Ensure fills/credits are handled according to policy. Promote positive guest relations. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes. Exhibit knowledge of all appropriate state and company controls, policies, and procedures. Promote the following within the department and among all associates: Create an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests. Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all associates by setting a positive example at all times.

Instill an atmosphere that encourages associates to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve disputes. Retain associates through personal involvement in associate training and development. Protect and control the game. Conduct the game according to company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, handling guest transactions and notifying Supervisor of any irregularities. Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.

Promote outstanding guest relations.

## Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of dealing experience. Thorough knowledge of game supervision and casino rules, procedures, and regulations
