## Job description

### Duties

Conduct Craps games with precision, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed accurately. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their gaming experience. Handle cash transactions, chips, and payouts efficiently and accurately. Monitor gameplay for any irregularities or disputes, resolving conflicts swiftly using effective conflict management skills. Maintain a thorough understanding of casino regulations and ensure compliance at all times.

Communicate clearly with players and team members to facilitate smooth game flow. Promote guest services by providing information about game rules and casino amenities as needed.

### Requirements

Proven experience as a table games dealer, specifically with Craps or similar casino games. Strong mathematical aptitude and basic math skills for quick calculations during gameplay. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Demonstrated conflict management abilities to handle disputes professionally. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards within the gaming industry. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties responsibly.

Prior casino experience is highly preferred; familiarity with casino operations is a plus. Must possess strong guest service skills to create an engaging environment for players.
