## Job description

Provides customer service to guests in a professional & courteous manner by accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

## Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately according to company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and storage areas
- Complete side work and restock supplies as needed
- Follow company policies, attendance standards, and regulatory requirements

## Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally and build rapport with guests
- Bartending experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including any shift/day
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in high-temperature environments for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, pulling, and carrying tasks
- Work in environments with noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust
- Adequate manual dexterity and communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English)
