[Apply on Caesars Entertainment’s careers site →](https://edmn.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/90059) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Caesars Entertainment](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/caesars-entertainment/) / Table Games Dealer - Experienced (PT) ## Job description - Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area. - Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets. - Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures. - Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary. - Role models the Family Style Service Standards interacting positively through relationships with customers and co-workers. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. ## Responsibilities - Must be able sit and stand for long periods of time. - Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks. - Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures. - Must be able to perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately. - Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. Must be able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift. - Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games. - Must be able to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area. - Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. - The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. - They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified. - Caesars Entertainment reserves the right to make changes to the job description whenever necessary. ## Qualifications - 6 months multiple games dealing experience required. - Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. - Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
