This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, optimizes marketing performance and reinvestment, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue. ## Responsibilities Assist in the creation of integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties, ensuring alignment with gaming, hotel, and non-gaming revenue targets, including entertainment, dining, and other retail outlets. Supports the Manager of Regional Marketing in the day-to-day operation, and collaborates with key corporate support teams (Database, Creative, Email, Interactive, Media/Advertising) to execute marketing campaigns. Communicates marketing initiatives and corporate directives across all properties, ensuring accountability and alignment with business goals. Contributes to regular reporting of current business performance for Property, Department, and Company leadership. Build & leverage relationships with key stakeholders including Property Leadership (Regional President, General Manager, Property VPs/Directors), Analytics (Marketing, VIP, Operations, Gaming), and other Corporate Partners (Finance/Accounting/Sourcing, Caesars Digital, Caesars Rewards, Brand, Website). Invests in overall department culture, including Hiring, coaching, and developing team members Evaluating and improving processes to support business needs Partnering with other regional marketing teams to share best practices Lead the organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. ## Qualifications 3+ years of marketing Director or Manager experience; understanding of marketing processes, timeline management, casino financials, and Caesars business objectives. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field, preferred.
