Answer questions from guests regarding Silver Legacy or the surrounding area to the best of your ability. Regular, predictable attendance in accordance with department policy; Other job related duties as assigned. ## Qualifications Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to diffuse confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. High School diploma or equivalent ### ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Requires seldom sitting, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling. Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols, perform complex tasks, simple reading, math and complex writing skills. Requires the ability to see things spatially and with form, perform clerical functions, compile, coordinate, analyze and synthesize information. Requires the ability to supervise, instruct others, follow instructions, influence others, meet time requirements, memorize, problem solve, use independent judgment and decision making skills. Requires communicating by two-way radio and telephone in English. ### GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. ### PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.
