[Apply on Cadence Design’s careers site →](https://cadence.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Careers/job/SHANGHAI/Lead-Application-Engineer---Forming-Suite_R56689-1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Cadence Design](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/cadence-design/) / Lead Application Engineer - Forming Suite ## Job description At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. 负责Cadence FormingSuite（FTI）金属成形仿真解决方案的技术支持、售前咨询及客户成功工作。与汽车OEM、Tier1及其它工业领域先进制造客户合作，帮助客户解决冲压成形、可制造性分析、回弹补偿、模面设计优化等工程问题，推动CAE技术在产品开发及制造工艺中的应用。 ### 岗位职责 - 为客户提供FormingSuite（FTI）产品培训、技术支持及项目实施服务； - 配合销售团队开展方案交流、产品演示、POC验证及技术推广活动； - 支持冲压工艺分析、成形可行性评估、回弹分析及工艺优化； - 建立行业最佳实践，输出技术文档、应用案例及解决方案； - 收集客户需求，协同研发推动产品持续优化。 ### 任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，材料成型、车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业； - 3年以上冲压工艺、模具设计、CAE仿真或制造工程相关经验； - 熟悉FTI FormingSuite软件 - 了解板料成形、冲压工艺、回弹控制及汽车制造流程； - 具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户服务意识和团队合作精神； - 能适应一定比例客户出差。 ### 优先考虑 具有汽车主机厂、Tier1供应商、模具厂或CAE软件技术支持经验者优先。熟悉新能源汽车车身、电池包结构件、轻量化材料成形分析者优先。具备英语交流能力及售前技术支持经验者优先。熟悉AutoForm、PAM-STAMP、Dynaform等任意一种成形仿真软件优先N/A We’re doing work that matters.
