## Job description

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. Position Description
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and controls for the China and Taiwan entities.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to local business leaders and regional and corporate Finance teams, providing clear insights into revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Oversee accurate bookkeeping, closing, local statutory audits, and annual filings, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory and tax requirements.
- Partner with the Tax team on transfer pricing, VAT, corporate income tax, and other local tax matters.
- Own internal controls for assigned processes under SOX 404 and support internal and external audits.
- Identify control of weaknesses and process gaps and drive remediation through completion.
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring high-quality, accurate work while building a sustainable team.
- Represent China Finance in regional and global finance initiatives, including system rollouts and process transformation.

### Position Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including a minimum of three years in a senior management role at a multinational company, preferably in the technology, semiconductor, or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and China Accounting Standards (CAS), with hands-on experience in SOX compliance and controls.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Ownership and accuracy consistently delivers high-quality results under tight closing deadlines.
