## Job description

### Sales Forecast Governance & Pipeline Oversight
- Monitor forecast accuracy, assess pipeline health, and prepare account reviews and executive business updates

### Sales Quota Analysis, Setting and Distribution
- Lead annual quota analysis and coordinate quota distribution with Sales Leadership, Sales Finance, Commissions, and HR; document business rules, assumptions, and system requirements

### Sales Performance Analysis
- Review quota attainment, productivity, and coverage to identify risks, upside opportunities, and required leadership actions

### Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build models, dashboards, and presentations using Salesforce and planning tools; turn insights into clear recommendations

### Sales Process Improvement
- Design scalable processes that drive measurable outcomes; maintain reusable templates, models, and knowledge assets

### Cross Functional Collaboration
- Align Sales, Finance, Commissions, HR, and Operations; support quota and commission related decisions
- Other Sales Operations tasks and projects assigned from Sales Management and the managerN/A We’re doing work that matters. Help us solve what others can’t.
