## Job description

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. 岗位职责
- 负责 Simufact 产品（Forming、Welding、Additive 等）的售前技术支持、项目实施及客户培训。
- 为客户提供制造工艺仿真解决方案，包括冲压、锻造、轧制、焊接、热处理及增材制造等应用。
- 协助客户完成模型建立、材料定义、工艺参数设置、求解计算及结果分析，解决客户在软件使用中的技术问题。
- 根据客户需求开展技术交流、产品演示（Demo）、技术讲座及行业研讨会。
- 与销售团队协作，支持售前方案制定、PoC（概念验证）及项目交付。
- 收集客户需求和行业发展趋势，为产品改进和行业解决方案建设提供建议。
- 编写技术文档、案例资料及培训教材，持续完善知识库。 ________________________________________ 任职要求 专业背景
- 材料成型、材料加工工程、机械制造、机械工程、焊接工程、金属材料、增材制造等相关专业，本科及以上学历（985/211大学优先）。

### 专业知识 熟悉以下一个或多个方向
- 冲压成形（Sheet Metal Forming）
- 锻造（Forging）
- 轧制（Rolling）
- 焊接（Welding）
- 热处理（Heat Treatment）

### 增材制造（Metal Additive Manufacturing） ________________________________________ CAE 能力 熟悉以下一项或多项软件者优先
- Simufact Forming
- Simufact Welding
- Simufact Additive
- FormingSuite（FTI）
- MSC Marc
- MSC Nastran ________________________________________ 技术能力
- 熟悉有限元分析（FEA）基本理论。
- 熟悉材料本构模型、塑性成形理论及制造工艺流程。
- 能独立完成模型建立、网格划分、边界条件设置及结果分析。
- 具有较强的问题分析和解决能力。 ________________________________________ 行业经验 具有以下行业经验者优先：
- 汽车 OEM
- 汽车零部件
- 模具制造
- 钢铁企业
- 高端装备制造
- 新能源装备 ________________________________________ 综合能力
- 良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识。
- 能够独立开展客户培训及技术交流。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够适应短期出差。
- 具备英文技术资料阅读能力，能够进行基本英文技术交流者优先。 ________________________________________ 优先条件
- 具有 Simufact 实际项目经验。
- 熟悉汽车冲压工艺、锻造工艺或焊接工艺。
- 具有 CAE 技术支持或应用工程师工作经验。
