Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking a Intern: Software Engineering Jasper R&D to be part of the Research & Development team in Belo Horizonte. The candidate is expected to be interested in software development, good programing practices, problem solving, debugging. It is a unique opportunity to work with EDA industry highly sophisticated software. ### Job responsibilities - Learn and help implementing bug fixes and new features of Cadence´s Jasper formal verification tools Practice Object-oriented programming in C++ under Linux - Implement flows using scripting languages such as Tcl and Python Program different algorithms and data structures - Follow good practices for software quality assurance such as creating new tests, running tests regressions, and collaborating with QA engineers Requirements: Education: studying Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Conclusion on December 2027 or August 2028. Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
